When a disaster hits you personally you think things cannot get much worse until they actually do. I have experienced this first-hand. When our house caught on fire, I didn't think anything else could go wrong. After dealing with the contractors and their subs, it was well apparent that one company backed up their word.
Imperial Cleaners and Restoration took the job in stride and performed well above my expectations. The items removed from our house were heavily covered with stains and soot. Yet, their management and staff handled our claim as if we were family - and that's how we felt. They took the individual time to save items that I thought we'd never see again. If at any time I needed a selected item, they were always there to help us get what we needed.
